Exploring




Sometimes you just need to get out of your environment and explore.


I managed to discover this beautiful pathway today, as well as this beautiful building with a colorful mural on it. All this in the span of just 20 minutes! And guess what? I felt rejuvenated afterwards.


A lot of times, we find it easier to stay inside our cafeteria or go back to our desks at lunchtime to get back to work.


But you need to take time to get a fresh outlook on your day and do something good for your mental health. It could be going outside for a walk, doing a quick workout on your lunch break, or listening to music or a podcast you enjoy.


But exploring your own backyard, or even a little walkway close to your work, can help you see clearer for the rest of the day, and make you feel refreshed.
